“…Najnovija eksperimentalna istraživanja potvrđuju da NSAIL pored inhibicije sinteze prostaglandina, koče sintezu i sekreciju mukusa, kao i sekreciju bikarbonata, podstiču sekreciju HCl i pepsina, što sve zajedno izaziva ishemiju.
