Abstract:Cyclophosphamide (CTX) is an effective anticancer therapy. It is known to cause oxidative stress and cytotoxic effects, especially on the immune system. Pentoxifylline and Nigella sativa seeds both possess antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
