Protective Effects of Nicotinamide on Mice Offspring Exposed to Cyclophosphamide during Pregnancy

Abstract: Nicotinamide participates in post transcriptional activities related to the maintenance of the original structure of the DNA. The chemotherapeutic agent cyclophosphamide induces severe chromosomal abnormalities in newborns.
