Abstract:Objective: The aim of this study was to determine the effects of resveratrol on ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) injury in the rats sciatic nerve. Methods: We used 18 Wistar rats anesthetized with ketamine (50 mg/kg-im). In the sham group, we only performed the surgery and not administer any medication.
