Abstract:The objective of this review is to study the ameliorative effects of natural dietary antioxidants in the maintenance of health and the prevention and treatment of various pathophysiological disorders, with a focus on data pertaining to L-Ascorbic acid or vitamin C and α- Tocopherol or vitamin E.
