Protein synthesize function of bulls liver at experimental chronic cadmium toxicity

Abstract: The article presents the results of studies on the influence of cadmium load on the body of young cattle. The adverse effect of Cadmium on the liver causes a wide range of pathological changes at various levels of its organization. The purpose of the work was to investigate protein synthesize function on the liver of bulls for experimental chronic cadmium toxicity. The research was carried out on the basis of a farm at the village Ivanivtsi, Zhydachiv district of Lviv region, on 10 bulls of six months old, Ukr… Show more

“…It is known that under conditions of oxidative stress and excessive generation of AEO, processes of uncontrolled protein modification is developing, that cause protein fragmentation, their denaturation, and also the formation of primary amino acid radicals, further engaging in secondary interaction with adjacent amino acid residues, and in general, it creates a rather complicated picture of the damaging action of AEO on protein macromolecules. All this leads to the loss of their biological activity by proteins and disruption of metabolic processes, in particular regenerative processes (Armstrong, 2002;Martyshuk et al, 2016;Lavryshyn et al, 2016;Gutyj et al, 2018;Lavryshyn & Gutyj, 2019).…”

“…Важливе діагностичне значення за токсокарозної інвазії в собак має визначення протеїнсинтезувальної функції печінки, про яку вказує рівень загального протеїну, а саме його альбумінової фракції. Оскільки 80 % альбумінів синтезується гепатоцитами у печінці (Lavryshyn & Gutyj, 2019;Varkholiak & Gutyj, 2019;Lesyk et al, 2020;Chernushkin et al, 2020).…”

“…Реакція імунної системи може бути на саму речовину, її метаболіти, комплексні антигени, що утворились в організмі при інтоксикації. Токсична дія Кадмію на імунну систему є неоднаковою за інтенсивністю та направлена на різні етапи імуногенезу [2,4,10,25].…”
