Proteomic Comparison of Aged and OPTN E50K Retina in the Development of Normal Tension Glaucoma

Abstract: Background: Progressive degeneration of retinal ganglion cells (RGCs) is a major characteristic of glaucoma, whose underlying mechanisms are still largely unknown.
