Proteomics analysis after traumatic brain injury in rats: the search for potential biomarkers

Abstract: Many studies of protein expression after traumatic brain injury (TBI) have identified biomarkers for diagnosing or determining the prognosis of TBI. In this study, we searched for additional protein markers of TBI using a fluid perfusion impact device to model TBI in S-D rats.
