Abstract:Adaptation to hypothermic stress is important for skeletal muscle cells, but a comprehensive knowledge of molecular mediators is lacking. We show that adaptation to mild hypothermia (320C) improves the ability of skeletal muscle myoblasts to differentiate into myotubes in vitro.
