Protocol for seaweed decontamination to isolate unialgal cultures

Abstract: Decontamination protocols in seaweeds are essential tools for ecophysiological studies in laboratory cultures. These protocols consist of a set of procedures and physical and chemical treatments that must be adjusted for each species.
