Abstract:Electrochemical ionic liquid gating is an effective way to intercalate ions into layered materials and modulate the properties. Here we report an enhanced superconductivity in a topological superconductor candidate PdTe2 through electrochemical gating procedure. The superconducting transition temperature was increased to approximately 3.2 K by ionic gating induced protonation at room temperature. Moreover, a further enhanced superconductivity of both superconducting transition temperature and superconducting v… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
