“…Age populations of 1000-900, 480-400 and 280-210 Ma have no specific significance for source tracing. The 1000-900, 480-400 and 280-210 Ma magmatism is widely distributed in the Nanling Belt and Wuyi and Yunkai domains (Sun et al 2005;Li et al , 2010Chen et al 2008;Kong et al 2021a). For example, in Yunkai Domain, there are 950-900 Ma Tiantangshan granite and daciteporphyry (Zhang et al 1998;Qin et al 2006) rhyolite (Liu et al 2001;Shu et al 2008), and 460-400 Ma Zhuguangshan and Penggongmiao granites in the Nanling Belt (Xu & Xu, 2015;Zhu et al 2016).…”

“…We therefore set a discordance Late Triassic -Early Jurassic tectonic setting, South China Block filter (10%) to exclude these zircons (Gehrels, 2014). Zircon fertility can also cause bias in detrital zircon U-Pb dating distribution (Moecher & Samson, 2006;Dickinson, 2008;Kong et al 2021a), and we needed to minimize its impact on provenance analysis. Dickinson (2008) proposed that measured zirconium content can be used as a proxy for the zircon content of granitoid rocks, which can help us to assess the propensity of yielding zircons from granitic rocks.…”
