Provera konvergentne i diskriminativne validnosti analizom multiosobinske-multimetodske matrice na primeru PGI testa profesionalnih interesovanja zadatom uzorku iz republike Makedonije

Abstract: Cilj rada je demonstracija postupka provere konvergentne i diskriminativne validnosti putem analize multiosobinske-multimetodske (MOMM) matrice na primeru mera šest Holandovih tipova profesionalnih interesovanja (RIASEC), merenih pomoću PGI inventara profesionalnih interesovanja.
