Providing Heart Failure Rehabilitation in the Home via Telerehabilitation

Abstract: Exercise is effective for patients with chronic heart failure (CHF). Despite this, many patients are unable to access traditional exercise-based rehabilitation programs for various reasons, such as transport difficulties and program availability.
