Provision of inpatient rehabilitation and challenges experienced with participation post discharge: quantitative and qualitative inquiry of African stroke patients

Abstract: BackgroundThe provision of rehabilitation differs between developed and developing countries, this could impact on the outcomes of post stroke rehabilitation.
