Ballonführungskatheter zum temporären Verschluss der ACE und ACI oder Flussumkehrkatheter mit zusätzlicher Verbindung zur V. femoralis können ähnlich wie Filtersysteme einen Schutz gegen embolische Komplikationen gewährleisten [26].
