Abstract: Intraosseous schwannoma is a rare benign nerve sheath tumor comprising < 1% of bone tumors. Relatively common locations for this tumor include the skull and mandible, and, to a lesser degree, the spine and sacrum. Intraosseous schwannoma involving the appendicular skeleton is exceedingly rare.
