Proximal Femoral Osteotomies in Residual Childhood Disease

Abstract: The proximal femoral osteotomy is an instrumental tool for hip deformity correction. The goal of a proximal femoral osteotomy is to return the patients' abnormal morphology to an anatomic alignment of the proximal femur.
