Abstract:Proximal femoral focal deficit (PFFD) is a rare congenital condition with varying absence of proximal femoral segment associated with shortening of the entire lower limb. We report a case of a 15-year-old female having PFFD with significant shortening of the right limb, and lengthening was achieved through the limb reconstruction system (LRS).
