“…Right cemented humerus shaft stem size 10mm in diameter and 120mm in length was inserted. The tuberosities were secured in place with fiber wire suture through multiple cerclage stitches, following the technique described by Frankle and Mighell [ 11 ], and further augmentation with autologous bone graft harvested from the humeral head to close up the rotator interval to allow for union of tuberosities.
