Prozessmodell zum Einbringen von Eigenspannungen durch Festwalzen

Abstract: Defekte an Wellen führen zu einer deutlichen Reduktion der Lebensdauer. Festwalzen bietet eine einfache Möglichkeit, Risswachstum an Defekten zu verlangsamen oder überhaupt zu verhindern, vorausgesetzt die Fehlergröße überschreitet nicht die Einflusszone der eingebrachten Druckeigenspannungen.
