Pseudo-Meigs syndrome : à propos d’un cas

Abstract: IntroductionLe pseudo-Meigs syndrome comprend une tumeur pelvienne bénigne (en dehors des fibrothécomes ovariens) ou maligne associée à des épanchements, pleural et ou péritonéal, qui disparaissent après l'exérèse tumorale. Nous rapportons l'observation d'une patiente âgée de 47 ans, qui présentait une pleurésie droite associée à une ascite et une tumeur ovarienne maligne.
