Pseudoaneurysma der bulbären Harnröhre nach traumatischer Katheterisierung

Abstract: We present a case of heavy intermittent urethral bleeding in a 57-year-old man after traumatic catheterization caused by an urethral pseudoaneurysm. The source of bleeding could be detected by angiography and a superselective embolization was performed.
