Pseudoarthrosis of the Ulna in Neurofibromatosis Type I

Abstract: A 4-year-old female presented to the neurofibromatosis clinic with a congenital anomaly of the right forearm, numerous café au lait spots, axillary and inguinal freckling, and several soft, flesh-colored papules and nodules on the back consistent with neurofibromas (Figure, A).
