Pseudodementia in Schizophrenia and Mania

Abstract: The importance of differentiating depressive pseudodementia from true dementia seems to be well recognized by psychiatrists, yet there seems less recognition that other functional psychoses in the elderly can present with symptoms of cognitive impairment.
