Abstract:Introduction: This is a unique case of the largest reported pseudotumor in literature, treated with a custom acetabular component in conjunction with a total femur replacement.Case: Patient is a 71-year-old male, with a large pseudotumor secondary to Metal on Metal total hip arthroplasty, who had chronic pain for 8 years prior to presentation.
