Psicologia e assistência social: o estudo de caso como estratégia de acompanhamento familiar

Abstract

The objective of this study is to present an experience carried out through training workshops developed with a group of psychologists working on basic and special social protection at the Unified Social Assistance System (SUAS). The training workshops sought to reflect on the use of the case study as a tool that contributes to performance in the National Social Assistance Policy (PNAS). For this, an analysis was made of how the case study is defined and discussed in SUAS documents and to promote a space for sharing experiences and challenges among professionals. From the meetings, it was concluded that the case studies are moments in which the participants discuss situations that accompany and weave intervention strategies, still representing an important support to professionals to deal with situations that arise at work.
