Abstract: boyutu örgütsel özdeşleşmeyi pozitif yönde etkilemektedir. Ayrıca örgütsel özdeşleşme de iş tatminini pozitif yönde yordamaktadır. Son olarak psikolojik güçlendirmenin anlam boyutunun iş tatmini üzerindeki etkisinde örgütsel özdeşleşmenin bütünleyici aracılık etkisine sahip olduğu belirlenmiştir.
