Psychiatrische Komorbidität im Kontext neurologischer Grunderkrankungen

Abstract: Psychiatric disorders are common in neurological patients and often coexist with a variety of neurological disorders, which may complicate their diagnosis and treatment. We report on a 38 year old patient who was seen in our psychiatric clinic for assessment. His main problems were fatigue, mood disturbances, and cognitive impairments.
