This study analyzes the factors of self-confidence, autonomy authority, and social support for entrepreneurial intentions and empirical and theoretical studies of existing problems, found the entrepreneurial orientation variable as a mediating variable to encourage the growth of entrepreneurial intentions. The research instrument is a questionnaire using a Likert Scale. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, frequency distribution and inferential analysis techniques with PLS-based SEM and mediation test, the results of data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Explained that the direct relationship of self-confidence, autonomy authority, and social support had a positive and insignificant effect on entrepreneurial intentions and had a significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Furthermore, self-confidence, autonomy-authority and social support have a significant effect on entrepreneurial orientation. The results of the indirect relationship analysis explain that the mediation of entrepreneurial orientation on the variables of self-confidence, autonomy-authority and social support with significant positive entrepreneurial intentions. The mediating model of entrepreneurial intention is a full mediator on the indirect relationship of self-confidence and authority autonomy, while the indirect relationship of mediation of entrepreneurial orientation is a partial mediation between social support and entrepreneurial intention.
