Specifically, Bergheim et al () found evidence linking PsyCap to perceptions of safety climate in two separate samples of air traffic controllers, and Alkire and Avey () found that individuals high in PsyCap were more likely to seek employment with a multinational enterprise. Finally, Kauko‐Valli and Haapanen () found that out of the four dimensions of PsyCap, only hope was positively related to the growth intentions of entrepreneurs.…”
