Abstract:This research aimed to assess teachers’ mental health and psychological well-being and create recommendations that will be helpful to teachers in coping with the factors of stress faced during the pandemic. The 18-Item Ryff Scales Psychological Well-Being (SPWB) was administered on 152 teacher-respondents.
