Abstract:The present investigation was carried out with the multiple objective of analyzing the psychometric properties of the Organizational Justice Scale (EJOC) and establishing its percentile norms for workers in the city of Piura. 268 workers from different companies in the city of Piura participated through a non-probabilistic convenience sampling.
