The results of the studies conducted in some countries also showed a different factor structure including 8 factors in Germany, 24 11 factors in Turkey, 33 11 factors in Netherland, 20 9 factors in UK based on 27 items, 25 9 factors in Norway based on 21 items, 26 10 factors in Brazil and Greece, 37,40 8 factors in Kosovo, 36 11 factors in Bolghare, 43 9 factors in Mexico and Latin America 19,44 and 5 factors in Goergia. 45 It seems that, differences in the distribution of items and the number of dimensions in studies conducted in most of the countries mostly depend on factors such as cultural diversity between countries, organizational structure, management, and policy of health care systems.…”
