Psychopharmacology: The need for psychopharmacological collaboration in managed mental health care.

Abstract: The SettingCommunity Health Care Plan (CHCP) is a staff model health maintenance organization (HMO) located in the greater New Haven area. Founded in 1972 by Dr. Isadore Falk through the American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations (AFL-CIO), there are currently approximately 68,000 members over a number of satellite centers.
