Abstract:Pterostilbene (PTE, trans‐3,5‐dimethoxy‐4′‐hydroxystilbene), a natural plant polyphenol, possesses numerous pharmacological effects, including antioxidant, antidiabetic, antiatherosclerotic, and neuroprotective aspects.
