This qualitative content analysis delves into the themes surrounding stress management in the context of examinations, as discussed in 'Pariksha Pe Charcha' episodes. Through meticulous examination of the episodes, four overarching themes emerged: cognitive techniques for stress reduction, time management strategies, parental and teacher support, and technological interventions. These themes underscore the importance of empowering students with mental resilience, efficient study routines, emotional support, and responsible use of technology. Insights from Prime Minister Modi's emphasis on balanced preparation and self-care, enrich the discourse.
