Abstract:Background: Wheat leaf rust is an important disease worldwide. Understanding the Puccinia triticina (Pt) pathogenic molecular mechanism and inconstant toxic region are highly important for managing the disease. The present study aimed to analyze pathogenic divergences between Pt isolates.
