Abstract:Endometritis is one of the important causes of infertility. Puerarin (PU) can inhibit oxidative stress and reduce inflammation; however, it is unclear whether PU has a protective effect on the endometritis. In our study, we used Staphylococcus aureus to induce mouse endometritis.
