Abstract:Pulmonary adenofibroma (PAF) is a rare benign tumor. Computed tomography (CT) imaging of PAF show well-defined, homogeneous and solitary nodules. To the best of our knowledge, there is no report of PAF presenting with central liquefaction necrosis on CT images.
