Pulmonary Hypertension in Systemic Lupus Erythematosus complicated by exposure to Dexfenfluramine

Abstract: Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) is a well recognized, albeit uncommon, complication of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and is characterized histologically by the presence of onionskin thickening of small arterioles.
