Pulsatile Neck: A Rare Case Report

Abstract: Common carotid artery aneurysms are rare but lethal whenever present. Early diagnosis and adequate treatment is required in order to prevent rupture or neurologic sequelae. We represent a rare case of asymptomatic pulsatile swelling in the right side of neck.
