Pulse-Poled Porous BaTiO3 Ceramic for Piezocatalysis Applications

Abstract: The porous ceramic BaTiO3 pellets were synthesized by using polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) as a pore former in 0–30 wt% proportion through solid route reaction method. Further, the synthesized porous BaTiO3 ceramic pellets were poled via pulse poling; a non traditional poling technique and their piezoactivity were examined by means of piezovoltage.
