Abstract: Cucurbita pepo L. is one of the most important crops that belong to the Cucurbitaceae family, an herbaceous, perennial, and polymorphic vegetable that grows also in tropical conditions. Pumpkin fruit contains large amounts of vitamins, minerals, and biologically active substances.
