Pure sulfide kesterite solar cells with cation substituted absorber and back contact intermediate layer

Abstract

 I synthesized CZCTS thin films and carried out sulfurization.  Dr. S. Tripathy performed Raman spectroscopy analysis. I analyzed the data.  T.I. Wong carried out XRD characterization. I analyzed the data.  I characterized cross-section morphology using FESEM.  Dr. D.H.L. Seng carried out SIMS characterization.  I fabricated and characterized CZCTS solar cells.
