“…В данной работе впервые при 4.2 K исследованы спектры люминесценции образцов ZnSe Al : Yb, полученных диффузией иттербия из паровой фазы в монокристаллические подложки ZnSe Al . Процесс осуществлялся при 1400 K в вакуумированных и запаянных кварцевых ампулах в условиях избыточного давления Se, способствующего вхождению Yb в подрешетку цинка [7]. Базовые подложки ZnSe Al размером 4 × 4 × 1 мм вырезались из объемного кристалла, выращенного методом Бриджмена из расплава и легированного в процессе роста алюминием.…”
