Purine and lipid metabolism in rats with a rotenone model of Parkinson’s disease under the influence of methanindiazenone

Abstract: This study aims to evaluate the effect of methanindiazenone (МD), a new benzodiazepine derivative, on the levels of purine metabolites and lipids in the blood plasma of rats with rotenone (ROT) induced Parkinson’s disease (PD).
