Purpurogallin ameliorates sevoflurane-induced cognitive impairment and hippocampal neuroinflammation in neonatal mice

Abstract: Postoperative cognitive dysfunction contributes to memory impairment, which is involved in neurotoxicity, endoplasmic reticulum stress, calcium overload and hippocampal neuron apoptosis.
