Abstract: BackgroundPurtscher-like retinopathy (PLR) is a rare retinal microangiopathy with unclear pathogenesis. Paracentral acute middle maculopathy (PAMM) is an optical coherence tomography (OCT) sign proposed in recent years, which is characterized by infarction of the middle layer of the retina.
