PW 2694 Seatbelt laws: enforcement and all that jazz

Abstract: Seatbelts has been a strong augmenting factor in reducing road crash injuries and fatalities. Through the use of economic analysis of the laws, the effectivity of seatbelts as a secondary safety measure is examined through the lens of enforcement and its corollary socio-economic effects.
